How to Contact the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO)
Customers of Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health are encouraged to voice concerns about quality of care and safety issues to the BABH Customer Services Department at 1-800-448-5498.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you have the opportunity to submit your complaint to the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO).
Step 1: Complete a Quality Incident Report Form
(available from the receptionist or from www.JCAHO.org)
