The Office of Consumer Support in the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight is pleased to announce new Consumer Assistance website.

This site connects consumers to specialists and resources that can address their health insurance problems and questions. The Consumer Assistance Program (CAP) webpage lets consumers select their state and get web-links and contact information for the CAP in their state. The program can also help people understand their legal rights and options when they're losing health insurance.
