Emergency Services Specialist

Part-time position available to provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling within a 24/7 operation. Completes preadmission screenings for people requesting inpatient or crisis stabilization services. Must be available to work various shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor degree in social work or related field with current Michigan LBSW or higher credential required. Must have experience providing crisis intervention services to people who have a mental illness, developmental disability and/or children with severe emotional disturbances. Must be available to work nights, weekends & holidays.

Salary

Starting rate of $18.08 - $19.88

Direct Care
Casual direct support positions available to support people who experience a developmental disability. Implements and documents activities that are of interest to people and assists in maintaining and developing relationships in their community. Provides personal and physical assistance.

Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with people who have a developmental disability/mental illness, along with group home curriculum training, including CPR and First Aid is required. Must have the physical ability to carry out the typical job duties. Possession of an unrestricted Michigan driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule required.

Salary

Psychologist

Completes Behavior Assessments and develops Behavior Treatment Plans. Administers and interprets psychological tests. Monitors treatment plans on a monthly basis. Provides consultation and training to clinical and residential staff. Serves as a member of the Behavior Treatment Review Committee.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with current Michigan license (LLP). Two years of experience administering & interpreting psychological tests and developing behavior treatment plans preferred. Experience in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and working with persons who have mental illness and/or developmental disability is required. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills & ability to mentor other staff. Must have reliable transportation for outreach work.

Salary
Commensurate with education & experience, plus exceptional fringes including employer sponsored insurance and training.
