Psychologist - BCBA

Provides therapy and consultation in clinical and residential settings. Provides community and agency consultation and training services. Administers and interprets psychological tests. Conducts psychodiagnostic evaluations. Provides behavior management services and develops & monitors professional treatment plans. Provides Applied Behavioral Analysis services through the Autism Program and provides clinical supervision to behavioral technicians. Provides certification and guardianship evaluations and testimony; and participates in person-centered planning meetings.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with current Michigan license to practice as a psychologist. Current certification as a BCBA or willing to become certified by September 30, 2016. Minimum of 2 years of experience administering & interpreting psychological tests and developing behavior treatment plans. Minimum of 1 year of experience diagnosing and/or treating children with autism. Experience in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and working with persons of all ages who have mental illness and developmental disabilities is required. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to mentor/coach other staff, and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.

Salary Range

$52,100-$57,300

Emergency Services Specialist

Casual position(s) available to provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling within a 24/7 operation. Completes preadmission screenings for people requesting inpatient or crisis stabilization services. Conducts brief assessments. Must be available for all shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor degree in social work or related field with current Michigan LBSW or higher credential required. Must have experience providing crisis intervention services to people who have a mental illness, developmental disability and/or children with severe emotional disturbances. Must be available to work nights, weekends & holidays.

Salary

Starting range of $18.08 - $19.88

Direct Care

Substitute (on-call) Residential Technician positions available. Provides support to people who experience a developmental disability. Supports people in maintaining and developing relationships in their community and at their home. May provide personal and physical support.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with people who have a development disability along with group home training, CPR and First Aid is required. Possession of a valid State of Michigan driver's license required. Must have the physical ability to carry out the typical job duties. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Wage

$9.81 per hour.
