Client Services Specialist

Position available to support the person centered planning team to assist in the coordination and provision of service for adults who have an intellectual disability and/or mental illness. Responsible for assessment, plan development, linking, coordinating, advocacy, etc. Position is located in Standish.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work with current Michigan social work licensure. One year of experience working with adults who have a mental illness and/or intellectual disability is preferred. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.

Salary

Starting range of $37,600 - $41,350 plus exceptional fringes including employer sponsored training and insurance.

Home Based Clinical Specialist

Provides home based services to children and their families who are in need of an intensive level of intervention. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, etc. Contacts will be provided primarily in the home and community. Focus will be on the family as a unit to promote healthy family functioning and reduce the need for psychiatric hospitalization. Position is located in Standish.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Master's Degree in social work, clinical psychology or counseling with current Michigan licensure appropriate to the degree. Experience providing services to children and families, therapy, and crisis intervention required. Knowledge of clinical issues related to the treatment of children with severe emotional disturbances and their families is preferred. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license, proof of insurance and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.

Salary

Starting range of $44,200 - $48,600 plus exceptional fringes.

Residential Technician

Full and part-time residential technician positions available. Provides support to people who experience an intellectual disability and assists with maintaining and developing relationships in their community and at home.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with people who have an intellectual disability preferred, along with group home training, CPR and First Aid or the willingness to complete paid training. Possession of a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver's license required. Must have the physical ability to carry out the typical job duties. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Wage

Starting rate of $11.50 per hour, plus excellent fringes!

Emergency Services Specialist

Part-time position available to provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling within a 24/7 operation. Completes preadmission screenings for people requesting inpatient or crisis stabilization services. Must be available to work various shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor degree in social work or related field with current Michigan LBSW or higher credential required. Must have experience providing crisis intervention services to people who have a mental illness, developmental disability and/or children with severe emotional disturbances. Must be available to work nights, weekends & holidays.

Salary

Starting rate of $18.08 - $19.88

Psychologist

Completes Behavior Assessments and develops Behavior Treatment Plans. Administers and interprets psychological tests. Monitors treatment plans on a monthly basis. Provides consultation and training to clinical and residential staff. Serves as a member of the Behavior Treatment Review Committee.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with current Michigan license (LLP). Two years of experience administering & interpreting psychological tests and developing behavior treatment plans preferred. Experience in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and working with persons who have mental illness and/or developmental disability is required. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills & ability to mentor other staff. Must have reliable transportation for outreach work.
