Emergency Services Specialist
Full-time third shift position available to provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling. Completes preadmission screenings for people requesting inpatient or crisis stabilization services. Conducts brief assessments.

Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor degree in social work or related field with current Michigan LBSW credential required. Must have experience providing crisis intervention services to people with mental illness, developmental disabilities and/or children with severe emotional disturbances.

Pay Range
Salary range of $37,600 - $41,350

Psychologist
Provides therapy and consultation in clinical and residential settings. Provides community and agency consultation and training services. Administers and interprets psychological tests. Conducts psychodiagnostic evaluations, behavior management services and develops & monitors professional treatment plans.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with current Michigan license (LLP). Two years of experience administering & interpreting psychological tests and developing behavior treatment plans, along with experience diagnosing and/or treating children with autism preferred. Experience in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and working with persons who have mental illness or developmental disabilities is required. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills & ability to mentor other staff.

Salary

Direct Care
Part-time and casual direct support positions available to support people who experience a developmental disability. Implements and documents activities that are of interest to people and assists in maintaining and developing relationships in their community. Provides personal and physical assistance. Positions available at North Bay Center and Horizon Home.

Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with people who have a developmental disability/mental illness, along with group home curriculum training, including CPR and First Aid is required. Must have the physical ability to carry out the typical job duties. Possession of an unrestricted Michigan driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule is required.

Salary
Starting rate of $9.81.
