Human Resources Assistant
Assists the Human Resources Director with HR functions such as processing of employee benefits, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining staff database and personnel filing system along with other HR related duties.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Associates degree in a business related field. Experience working in HR, including familiarity with processing of employee fringe benefits preferred. Must be able to demonstrate competency in MS Word, Excel, and general office machinery. Must be able to demonstrate cultural awareness & sensitivity, maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Salary Range
Entry rate of $14.90 per hour plus excellent fringes.

Clinical Team Supervisor
Supervises a clinical team working with children and adults who have a developmental disability. Coordinates with internal and external providers to assure availability of the full range of behavioral health services. Responsibilities will include over site of treatment in residential and vocational programs, respite services, family support subsidy, and implementation of community inclusion.
Qualifications
Minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling, with current Michigan licensure appropriate to field of study required. Two years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health is required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Must have the ability to demonstrate/acquire competence related to IS applications. Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Salary Range
Starting range of $52,100 - $57,300 plus exceptional benefits.

Emergency Services Specialist
Casual position(s) available to provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling. Completes preadmission screenings for persons requesting inpatient or crisis stabilization services. Conducts brief assessments. Must be available for all shifts.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor degree in social work or related field with current Michigan LBSW credential required. Must have experience providing crisis intervention services to people with mental illness, developmental disabilities and/or children with severe emotional disturbances.
Pay Range
Starting rate of $18.08 per hour.

Substitute Program Aide
On-call positions available for motivated people to work with adults with developmental disabilities. Assists with activities, with the goal of integrating individuals into their community.
