Consumer Satisfaction Survey Report FY 08
Each year Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health (BABH) completes a survey to obtain feedback on the services provided; 75% of the 2,495 people who received a survey responded.

91% of adults indicated that they had received quality services that were appropriate to their needs.

90% of adults indicated they were active participants in decisions regarding their treatment.

94% of adults were satisfied with their treatment.

94% of youth and their families reported they were happy with the connection they had in their community.

89% of youth and their families indicated that services were available at times that were good for them.

95% of the youth and their families indicated they were active participants in decisions regarding their treatment.
The desired performance level was not achieved when people were asked if they believed their outcomes or goals were being met. It was not clear from the survey if this was due to people still being in the middle of treatment or if there was an issue with service effectiveness that should be addressed. In order to gather more information, BABH will be introducing a survey which people will receive after completion of treatment.
