Manuals containing criteria and forms necessary to document your experience and education can be obtained by calling the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals at: (517) 347-0891. 

All FAODP, exams are held from 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. To register, contact Riverhaven Coordinating Agency at: (989) 497-1344.

CERTIFICATION TEST DATES:        

FAODP is the third Friday in February, May, August and November.
